Residential Program

When guests come to the Center for the Homeless, they are assigned a coach, with whom they work collaboratively to create a self-sufficiency plan to establish goals tailored to their needs.

With goals in place, the Center supports each guest in his or her endeavor to achieve them, providing access and connections to the resources and services they need to succeed -- either within CFH programs or in the community.

Coaches also provide assistance with doctors appointments, connecting guests with social security and other benefits as well as provide indivdual therapy for anxiety, depression or any other issues that may be affecting their clients.
