Center for the Homeless Events

The Center for the Homeless has several major events that provide valuable crucial income to cover the operating costs involved in supporting the 200 men, women, and children who live at the Center on any given day.  These events help raise significant revenue to provide the basics of food and shelter while also funding adult basic education, a five-week job training/retention class, case management, GED preparation courses, access to a housing specialist, and the only Montessori class in the United States which exclusively serves homeless children.

Dance for the Homeless

Be on the lookout for our new 24 hour event, the Michiana Dance Marathon! Scheduled for April 19th and 20th, this student-led marathon is sure to impress many! For more information visit danceforthehomeless.com.

Auction date moved to April 25th

CFH Annual Golf Tournament

Our 2007 Annual Golf Outing was a great success!    Special thanks to our Hole-in-One Sponsor Smurfit Stone and our Media Sponsor WAOR, for making the event possible. Thank you for your commitment to the Center's mission and for making it a fantastic day!  Be sure to mark your calendars for next year's outing on June 16th, 2008 at the South Bend Country Club.
