CFH Landscape Services

CFH Landscape Services was launched in 1998 by the Center for the Homeless. This business provides competitive commercial landscape services to businesses in the Michiana area. It also provides a supportive and comprehensive job training environment through which homeless men and women can transition into the workforce, moving beyond and breaking the cycle of homelessness.

CFH Landscape Services offers its customers professional, high quality lawn, landscape, and grounds maintenance services. The individual needs, requirements, and expectations of each customer are recognized and the services provided are tailored to address each of these elements. The services are reliable, affordable and delivered with close attention to detail and a vigilant eye toward site enhancement and curb appeal. Some of our current customers include University of Notre Dame and The Housing Authority of South Bend.

Lawn Services include:

Mowing, trimming, power edging, weed and grub control, and fertilization.

Tree, Shrub, and Hedge Maintenance Services include:

Insect/disease control, fertilization, and pruning for shape, size, and rejuvenation.

Landscape Installations are also available to residential customers and include:

New bed areas, mulch, edging, tree/shrub planting, annual/perennial planting, tree mulch basins, drainage, lawn sod and seed, stone bed installations, and retaining walls.

Irrigation Maintenance Services include:

Spring start-up, on-call repair service, monthly inspections, and system winterization. Irrigation maintenance services are available to residential customers.

Snow Removal Services include:

Snowplowing of parking areas, snow removal from sidewalks and entrances, and the spreading of ice/snow-melting materials.

Other Services include:

Ice and storm damage clean-up, Spring clean-up, Fall leaf clean-up and removal, lawn aeration, dethatching, and many other special projects and services.

CFH Landscape Services has been recognized in the following ways:
