Events

The Center for the Homeless has several major events that provide crucial income to cover the operating costs involved in supporting the 200 men, women, and children who live at the Center on any given day. In addition, various groups throughout the area put on events for our benefit. These events help raise significant revenue to provide the basics of food and shelter while also funding adult basic education, a five-week job training/retention class, case management, GED preparation courses, access to a housing specialist, and the only Montessori class in the United States which exclusively serves homeless children.
